Step 1: In the taskbar search box, type "printers" and click on the "Printers and Scanners" button when it pops up.
Step 2: Select the bizhub, and click on "Printing Preferences".
Step 3: Click "All Tabs" tab (you can also enable/disable staples here).
Step 4: Click "Basic" dropdown
Step 5: Turn "Collate" on, then click "OK".
That should make all future prints to that printer collate. Remember, you'll have to do this for each bizhub you print to.
